Yummy Bee Secures Rs. 18 Crore Funding to Expand Guilt-Free Café Chain to Mumbai and Bengaluru
Hyderabad-based Yummy Bee raises Rs. 18 crore to fuel its expansion into Mumbai and Bengaluru. The guilt-free café chain will also enter the FMCG space with millet puffs and almond rocks.

Hyderabad – Yummy Bee, a fast-growing café chain known for its health-conscious, guilt-free offerings, has successfully raised Rs. 18 crore (approximately $2.1 million) in funding, marking a significant step in its nationwide expansion plans. The latest funding round, which contributed Rs. 11 crore, was spearheaded by Mile Deep Capital, with additional participation from prominent investors Mohan Krishna, Ajitha Challa, and Praveen Jaipuriar.
Founded in 2022 by entrepreneur Sandeep Jangala, Yummy Bee has quickly carved out a niche in the health-focused dining space. The brand specializes in sugar-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free dishes, attracting customers seeking indulgence without compromising on wellness. The café’s menu features innovative offerings such as millet-based pizzas, tacos, and pastas, alongside decadent but health-forward desserts including Double Chocolate Brownies, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Truffle Pastry.
The Hyderabad-headquartered company plans to channel the fresh infusion of funds towards expanding its footprint to two key metropolitan markets — Mumbai and Bengaluru — as part of its broader vision to make guilt-free indulgence accessible to a wider Indian audience.
In addition to growing its café network, Yummy Bee is setting its sights on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector with the launch of a new Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. This upcoming product range will include millet puffs, almond rocks, and other health-focused snacks aimed at modern trade and quick commerce platforms.
With ambitions to scale rapidly, Yummy Bee is targeting an annualized recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs. 50 crore by March 2026. The brand has also announced plans to increase its physical presence, aiming to operate 20 outlets across India by the end of this year.
Speaking about the company’s growth trajectory, founder Sandeep Jangala remarked, "We are on a mission to redefine indulgence by making it both enjoyable and guilt-free. This investment will enable us to strengthen our presence in major markets while also venturing into the FMCG space to bring our products to even more consumers."
Yummy Bee’s entry into Mumbai and Bengaluru is expected to enhance its brand visibility and tap into the growing demand for healthier dining alternatives in urban centers.
