Homemade cookies are a delightful indulgence that evokes fond memories of childhood and the comfort of home. Crafted with care and baked with love in the familiar surroundings of a kitchen, these irresistible treats are made using simple, wholesome ingredients to create delectable bites of goodness. The aroma of freshly baked cookies wafting through the air creates anticipation for that first bite, and the satisfaction of savoring each morsel is truly special.

In this article, we will look at the recipes for two types of cookies that are easy to make

1. YUMMY CHOCOLATE COOKIES TO MAKE UP YOUR MOOD!

Ingredients:-

  • Cocoa Powder

  • All-purpose flour (Maida)

  • Baking Powder

  • Baking Soda

  • Icing Sugar

  • Butter

  • Milk

  • Dark Chocolate

Procedure

In a bowl, add one cup of Maida, one tablespoon of Cocoa Powder, two tablespoons of Icing Sugar, two tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and half a teaspoon of baking soda. Mix all these dry ingredients. Add one cup of milk gradually and make a semi-thick batter. Take a baking tray and add the batter for cookies into it. 

For Cooking

Two Methods are preferred

a) Oven

Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Then bake the cookies for 25 minutes and done!!

b) Gas Stove

If you do not have an oven, you can use any big vessel such as a kadai. Add salt to the kadai and keep a stand and heat it at low flame for 10 minutes. After a few minutes, place the baking tray in the preheated kadai and let it bake for 25 minutes.

Your cookies are ready!!

2. MOUTH-WATERING VANILLA COOKIES

Ingredients:-

  • Vanilla Essence 

  • All-purpose flour (Maida)

  • Baking Powder

  • Baking Soda

  • Icing Sugar

  • Butter

  • Milk

Procedure

In a bowl, add one cup of Maida, one tablespoon of Vanilla Essence, two tablespoons of Icing Sugar, two tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and half a teaspoon of baking soda.
