Cold coffee is a refreshing drink made with a combination of coffee, milk, and ice. This drink is perfect for those who love coffee but want to enjoy it in a cooler and lighter way. It's easy to make at home and can be customized to suit individual preferences by adjusting the amount of coffee and milk used. Cold coffee is a perfect drink for warm summer days or whenever you need a quick caffeine boost

Ingredients 

For Coffee Syrup

  • 1 Cup Castor Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Coffee Powder

For Cold Coffee 

  • 6-7 Ice cubes

  • ½ cup Milk

  • ¼ cup Prepared Coffee Syrup

Process

For Coffee Syrup

Firstly, combine castor sugar, coffee powder, and water in a sauce pot. Boil the mixture for a while until the coffee is brewed. Next, transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Alternatively, you can also store the mixture in a refrigerator for later use. This Mixture can be used for 5 Serves.  

For Cold Coffee

Add ice cubes, milk, and the prepared coffee syrup in a plastic container or glass jar. Cover the container with a lid and shake it vigorously until the mixture becomes frothy.

Take a serving glass and pour the prepared coffee syrup into it. Next, add the prepared cold coffee to the glass and top it up with ice cubes. Finally, serve the drink chilled.
