  • 1 cup Basmati rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, peas, beans, corn)

  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 cups water
