Gurugram: Quick food delivery app Zing has introduced its ‘Quick Delivery Promise’, guaranteeing food delivery within 10 minutes or offering a refund. This initiative aims to reinforce Zing’s position in India’s competitive instant food delivery market.
Zing, backed by Azhar Iqubal, founder of Inshorts and a Shark Tank India judge, ensures rapid delivery through AI-powered demand forecasting, hyper-local cloud kitchens, and real-time tracking. Initially rolled out for select loyal customers, the service will soon be available to all users.
