Bengaluru, Karnataka - In a celebration of epic proportions, MTR Foods, a renowned Indian food company, has secured the Guinness World Record for the longest dosa ever made. The massive dosa, measuring an impressive 123.03 feet, was unveiled on March 15th, 2024, at MTR's Bommasandra Factory in Bengaluru.

This monumental feat marked the company's 100th anniversary and showcased their enduring love for the beloved South Indian dish. A team of 75 chefs, led by Chef Regi Mathews, meticulously planned and executed the creation of this record-breaking dosa for months.

MTR reportedly used their signature red rice dosa batter for this colossal endeavor. Chef Regi Mathews announced the news on his Instagram, expressing his thrill at achieving this historic milestone. He also extended his gratitude to everyone involved in making this record-breaking feat possible.
