The massive dosa, measuring an impressive 123.03 feet, was unveiled on March 15th, 2024, at MTR's Bommasandra Factory in Bengaluru.
This monumental feat marked the company's 100th anniversary and showcased their enduring love for the beloved South Indian dish. A team of 75 chefs, led by Chef Regi Mathews, meticulously planned and executed the creation of this record-breaking dosa for months.
