Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1½ cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Blueberries - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Oil - ¼ cup
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Vinegar, Curd, Sugar, Oil, Milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly between 6 muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
