Burgerman launches two new cafes in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Burgerman, the Indian burger brand, opens two outlets, one in Madhapur and the other in Banjara Hills. These are Telangana’s first two cafés. These are the 19th and 20th shops in their portfolio.

The brand, which is mostly present in South India, has development intentions in Telugu-speaking areas. Speaking to the media at the event, Mr. Sunil Cherian, the company’s founder and CEO who gained notoriety in 2006 for their 133 25-square-foot kiosks but did it while still a student at a college in Chennai, outlined his business aspirations for the Telugu states.

For our expansion intentions, he said, we have settled on a franchise model.

In the upcoming year, they now want to build 30 more outlets in Telugu states. The expansion they planned in Telugu state is expected to cost their franchisees INR 15 crore. Twenty will be built in Hyderabad, while the final 10 will be built in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, outside of Hyderabad.

The normal store has to be between 600 and 1700 square feet in size. And must invest between 40 and 50 lakhs.

In reference to the growth in South India, Mr. Sunil Cherian and his colleague Mr. Ramesh Krishnan, Operations Head, predicted that the Burger Brand will have more than 100 stores during the next three years. He stated that we had 15 stores last year, that number will go to 30, then 60, and then 100 in three years.

Since its debut, it has been the preferred hangout for young people, college students, and working adults.

The popular kiosk design has been updated and is once again available in Hyderabad. These kiosks have since been converted into 20 cafés spread over South India. It is now a really Indian burger brand. Burgerman, via its reengineering process, delivers ingredients derived directly from farms, guilt-free burgers that are healthy, contemporary, and nourishing, in contrast to the popular misconception that burgers are junk food.

They debuted the “Freedom Burger” fashioned in the authentic colors of the Indian Flag, painstakingly designed to commemorate Independence Day, on the occasion of the opening of the two new stores. These culinary works of art are guilt-free Indian Burgers that pay tribute to their culture and promote it to the media. To prepare Freedom Burgers, we combined carrot and spinach juices. There are 25 different burger variations available, 25 of which are vegetarian.

India is the world’s youngest country. And in the ensuing 37 years, we will still have that edge. He declared, “We believe our brand has a bright future.”

We only utilize locally sourced, organic, natural, and fresh foods. They don’t weigh you down. We favor cooking slowly. We are the antithesis of quick food.
