Ingredients:
- 20-25 Papris
- 2 medium Potatoes (boiled and chopped)
- 1 cup Chickpeas (boiled)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (dahi)
- 1/4 cup Tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup Green chutney
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves (chopped)
Instructions:
- Arrange the papris on a serving plate.
- Add boiled potatoes and chickpeas on top of the papris.
- Whisk the yogurt with a little water and salt until it becomes smooth.
- Pour the yogurt over the papris, potatoes, and chickpeas.
- Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt on top.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
