Take a trip to the bustling streets of Mumbai with this delicious and easy-to-make Bhel Puri recipe! Perfect as a snack or light meal, it's a must-try for all street food lovers out there

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Kurmura (puffed rice)

  • 1 cup fine Sev

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes, diced

  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup green coriander chutney

  • 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • Salt to taste

For garnishing:

  • Fine sev

  • Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  • Take a large mixing bowl and add Kurmura (puffed rice) to it.

  • Add boiled potatoes, tomatoes, and onions to the mixing bowl.

  • Add green coriander chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, lemon juice, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.

  • Add fine sev to the mixing bowl and mix well again.

  • Garnish with more fine sev and chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy the Mumbai Special Bhel Puri.
