Ingredients:
- 3 cups Kurmura (puffed rice)
- 1 cup fine Sev
- 1 cup boiled potatoes, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green coriander chutney
- 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
For garnishing:
- Fine sev
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Take a large mixing bowl and add Kurmura (puffed rice) to it.
- Add boiled potatoes, tomatoes, and onions to the mixing bowl.
- Add green coriander chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, lemon juice, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Add fine sev to the mixing bowl and mix well again.
- Garnish with more fine sev and chopped coriander leaves.
