Anand Mahindra recently shared a video on Twitter that has quickly gone viral, showcasing a woman's innovative method of churning ice cream using a ceiling fan. In the 2.31-minute clip, which has amassed over 1.4 million views in less than 24 hours, the woman is first seen pouring a creamy milk mixture into a container, which she then places inside a larger container filled with ice pieces to create an ice bath. She then ties a rope to the handle of the inner container and the other end to a ceiling fan, effectively using the fan as a blender to churn the mixture. The surprising yet impressive method culminates in a delicious-looking homemade ice cream.

Anand Mahindra expressed his appreciation for the "jugaad." He Wrote: "Where there's a will, there's a way. Hand-made & Fan-made ice cream. Only in India..."
