Bangalore-based startup Yummy Plate has successfully raised $2 million in funding from K12 Techno Services, an educational services platform. The infusion of capital will empower Yummy Plate to extend its subscription-based meal services to key cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi.

Founding Vision and Current Operations

Founded in 2022 by Bala Hariharan, Yummy Plate operates as a B2B startup, specializing in providing nutritious meals on a subscription basis to schools. Presently, the company caters to the dietary needs of over 3,000 students across 30+ schools in Bengaluru.
