Ayurvedic nutrition startup Kapiva has raised $60 million (around Rs 500 crore) in a Series D funding round, led by 360 ONE Asset and Vertex Growth. Existing backers, including Vertex Ventures SEA & India and 3one4 Capital, also participated in the round. Early investor Fireside Ventures fully exited through this deal.


Funding Details and Investor Exit

  • Of the total $60 million, $28 million came as primary capital, while the rest was secondary, facilitating Fireside Ventures’ exit.

  • This round began in September 2024 with a $10 million investment from OrbiMed Asia, Vertex Ventures, and 3one4 Capital.

  • With the latest infusion, Kapiva’s total funding now stands close to $90 million.
