Zomato Introduces 15-Minute Food Delivery Service

Zomato launches a 15-minute food delivery service through its app, offering ultra-fast deliveries from nearby restaurants in select regions. Expansion plans are underway.

Gurugram-based food delivery platform Zomato has unveiled a new 15-minute food delivery feature on its main app. The service focuses on ultra-fast deliveries from restaurants located within a 1.5-2 km radius, catering to customers seeking quicker meals.

This offering mirrors Swiggy's Bolt, a similar service by the Bengaluru-based rival, which reportedly contributes over 5% to Swiggy’s total food delivery orders.

Currently, Zomato's 15-minute delivery service is operational in select regions. However, sources suggest the company is preparing for a rapid expansion to cover more areas soon.
