He wrote, "This dish we set for the home cooks was called Safarnama. Inspired by the Indian Ashoka Chakra this massive kulcha has 24 petals with four different sabzis that represent the north, east, west, and south of India. The center of the dish represented my home. "
Ingredients, "From North - Hare matar ka nimona, East - Aloo Shorshe, South - Jackfruit Ghee roast and West - Amrud ki sabzi. It's an embodiment of my 100-day road trip across 20,000 km of India in search of regional flavours, recipes, and techniques. On top, we presented two special chutneys and a pickle."
He shared how long it took for him to create this dish, "By the looks, it might seem easy but shaping it perfectly takes practice and a lot of working hours! I must congratulate all the finalists on @master.chef.india.7 for actually taking this challenge head-on. You are all winners! No matter who wins this show. Thanks a ton to Masterchef India's kitchen team for helping us make Safarnama possible without them this wouldn't have come to life."
