In a unique move to promote inclusivity and celebrate Pride Month, Britannia Good Day has introduced a special edition pack titled ‘Flavours of Equality’. This limited-edition pride pack isn't just about colourful packaging—it’s a powerful message of representation, togetherness, and allyship.

A bold collaboration takes shapeConceptualised by creative agency Enormous, the heart of this initiative was a symbolic invitation: Britannia reached out to Parle Monaco, inviting them to share space inside this pride-themed pack. The pack, wrapped in vibrant rainbow colours, carried the message, “If we can share a shelf, we can share a cause,” highlighting the importance of unity and shared purpose.

Parle Monaco embraced the invitation, leading to the creation of a truly unique pack: an assortment of Britannia’s beloved cookies—Cashew, Butter, Pista Badam, Choco Chip, and Fruit & Nut—presented side by side with Parle Monaco’s classic salty crackers. This sweet-and-savoury collection serves as a tangible symbol of unexpected allyship and shared celebration.

Beyond a campaign: a step towards representationSpeaking about the initiative, Siddharth Gupta, General Manager, Marketing, Britannia Industries, noted, “Britannia Good Day has always championed inclusivity, whether by reimagining our cookie designs to honour every unique smile or by supporting awareness campaigns for cleft conditions. With the ‘Flavours of Equality’ pack, we’re taking another step by showing that allyship can start with something as simple as making space. We’re grateful to Parle Monaco for joining us and to The Humsafar Trust for guiding us to keep the message meaningful and sensitive.”

The campaign comes to life in partnership with The Humsafar Trust, one of India’s oldest LGBTQIA+ organisations dedicated to community health, rights, and inclusion, and with the support of GiveIndia, further strengthening its purpose beyond branding.

A visible stand for everyday allyshipVivek Raj Anand, CEO of The Humsafar Trust, shared his perspective: “At The Humsafar Trust, we’ve always believed real change begins when brands, institutions, and communities come together with sincerity. Britannia’s effort to include Parle Monaco shows allyship in action—not just words. This isn’t just a Pride Month campaign; it’s about visibly and consistently standing with the LGBTQIA+ community.”

From the creative side, Vivek Raj Anand, Senior VP at Enormous, explained, “Inclusivity can’t remain a seasonal message; it has to become an everyday reality. As a market leader, Britannia can set a powerful example—not just by talking about inclusion but by truly living it.”

A small gesture with big meaningThrough the ‘Flavours of Equality’ pride pack, Britannia and Parle Monaco send a clear message: inclusivity isn’t about a logo or a limited campaign; it’s about sharing space, voice, and cause—making allyship part of everyday life.

This unique pack is now available as part of Pride Month celebrations, symbolising not just the merging of sweet and salty flavours, but also the blending of hearts and purpose to move the world a little closer to equality.
