When Chef Vishnu Manohar from Nagpur cooked 5000 kg vegetable

Congratulations on making a 15th World Record attempt at Renowned Chef Vishnu Manohar

Eyeing another world record, chef Vishnu Manohar along with 1,200 students of TBRANS Mundle English Medium school, will be cooking for 60, 000 people.

For his mixed veg preparation, he coined the term ‘Samarasata Bhaji’ (or ‘harmony vegetable dish’).

The Children will cut and sort the vegetables a day prior to the record-writing day on 25th December. The cooking will begin at 9 am. Onions 330 kg, Garlic, ginger, and potatoes 66.1 kg each, Cauliflower 661 kg, Carrot 330 kg, Paneer 330.5 kg, Tomato 661 kg, Sambhar 132.2 kg, Peas 330.5 kg, Chilli 52.88 kg, Coriander powder 39.66 kg, Turmeric 33.05 kg, Salt 33.05 kg, oil 396.6 kg, sugar 13.22 kg, total 4137.86 gins. The weight of the finished vegetable was approx 4999.17 kg.

Two thousand kilos of Mahachivda

Earlier, Vishnu Manohar had prepared 2000 kg Mahachivda on World Food Day. Kanchan Gadkari and Amrita Fadnavis distributed the Maha Chivad prepared in a gigantic 6,000 kg pan at the famous Vishnuji Ki Rasoi in Ramdaspeth.

Offering 2500 kg of dried pulses

During Ganeshotsav, Vishnu Manohar offered 2500 kg of dried pulses in Nagpur itself. That was distributed by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
