Furthermore, PM Modi extended an invitation to his Australian counterpart, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, to experience the exquisite Indian cuisine at these eateries. He requested the audience to ensure that PM Albanese visits these places, emphasizing the culinary delights awaiting him.
This isn't the first time PM Modi has mentioned Indian food on a global platform. In a previous instance in March 2023, during bilateral talks with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the two leaders enjoyed gol gappas (a popular Indian snack) and chai (tea) while engaging in conversations.
