What is ONDC

The Indian government has created the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), which enables business to sell their products directly to consumers, In addition to food, ONDC also delivers groceries, home decor, cleaning essentials, and more. Similar to Swiggy's Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit, ONDC is rapidly expanding to cities across India.

One of the standout features of ONDC is its competitive pricing. Our team tried out the platform and found that the prices for food and other goods were significantly lower than those offered by Zomato and Swiggy.

To use ONDC, simply use Paytm or Pincode app and search for "ONDC" in the search bar. You'll be presented with a range of options, including groceries, cleaning essentials, and the food store. If you're looking to order food from a restaurant, head over to the ONDC Food section and browse the available cuisines. You'll find a variety of restaurants to choose from and can place your order just like you would with any other food delivery platform.

ONDC is a relatively new platform, so not all restaurants are currently selling food through it. However, as the platform continues to grow and gain popularity, more restaurants are expected to join.
