Renowned American chef and prominent social media influencer Eitan Bernath, who is known for his love of Indian cuisine and even recently visited India, revealed in a recent video that his family has a cherished tradition of enjoying a leisurely Sunday lunch at a vegetarian Indian restaurant.

Eitan Bernath, the esteemed chef and social media influencer, recently dined at Chand Palace, a renowned restaurant nestled in Parsippany, New Jersey. Fondly reminiscing about his childhood, Bernath recounted how his family had a cherished tradition of indulging in a delectable vegetarian buffet at Indian restaurants every Sunday, with Chand Palace being one of their all-time favorite spots.

Bernath kicked off his culinary adventure at Chand Palace Parsippany by indulging in the tangy and refreshing pani puri, followed by a scrumptious main course. He artfully loaded his plate with an array of aromatic curries, which he savored alongside soft roti and naan. Satisfying his sweet tooth, Bernath delighted in trying jalebi and almond halwa for dessert. He couldn't contain his excitement, describing the flavors as "out of this world". In the caption of his video, Bernath fondly recalled how his family had a cherished tradition of relishing a vegetarian Indian buffet for Sunday lunch when he was growing up, and he was thrilled to continue the tradition at Chand Palace.
