Britannia Bourbon appoints pastry chef Pooja Dhingra as Chief Tasting Officer for its AI-powered recipe campaign, BourbonIT. The platform has received over 28,000 recipe submissions, with top winners heading to Switzerland.

Britannia Bourbon has announced the launch of its innovative AI-powered dessert recipe platform, BourbonIT, developed in collaboration with Google Gemini’s multimodal technology. The platform has sparked the imagination of dessert lovers across India, generating over 28,000 unique recipe submissions that creatively incorporate the iconic chocolate biscuit.

As part of this campaign, Britannia has partnered with renowned pastry chef and entrepreneur Pooja Dhingra, who will take on the role of Chief Tasting Officer. In this capacity, she will handpick five standout recipes from the thousands submitted, recreating them in her own kitchen. From Bourbon-infused modaks to inventive fusion cheesecakes, Dhingra will breathe life into these imaginative creations, highlighting the versatile charm of Britannia Bourbon.

The five grand prize winners will be rewarded with an exclusive trip to Switzerland, while 20 additional participants will receive brand-new iPhones as part of the contest.
