Reliance Brings Campa Cola to Nepal : Partners with Nepal’s Chaudhary Group for Local Launch
Reliance Consumer Products expands Campa Cola to Nepal by teaming up with Chaudhary Group for local manufacturing and distribution, marking a new milestone in its global growth strategy.
Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL), the fast-moving consumer goods division of Reliance Industries, has officially launched its iconic soft drink brand Campa Cola in Nepal, marking the brand’s first step into the neighbouring country’s beverage market.
In a joint announcement on Monday, RCPL revealed a strategic partnership with Nepal’s largest conglomerate, Chaudhary Group (CG), to locally produce and distribute the Campa product range. The collaboration aims to strengthen RCPL’s presence in Nepal and ensure efficient supply chain operations within the country.
The initial product line introduced in Nepal includes Campa Cola, Campa Lemon, Campa Orange, and two energy drink variants: Campa Energy Gold Boost and Campa Energy Berry Kick.
"The launch in Nepal reaffirms RCPL’s long-term commitment to the region," the companies said in the statement. RCPL, which acquired the legacy Campa brand in 2022 and relaunched it in India in 2023, has been steadily expanding Campa’s footprint beyond domestic borders. The brand has already made its way into key Middle Eastern markets, including the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain.
Ketan Mody, Executive Director of RCPL, emphasized the company’s vision for sustained growth, stating, “We see immense potential for accelerated expansion in Nepal. Through our partnership with Chaudhary Group, we aim to transform the beverage experience for consumers across the country.”
Founded by Binod Chaudhary, Chaudhary Group is renowned for its extensive portfolio, which spans over 200 companies and manages more than 260 brands worldwide. Its flagship product, Wai Wai noodles, has become a household name not just in Nepal but also in India and several other countries.

Speaking on the partnership, Nirvana Chaudhary, Managing Director of Chaudhary Group, said, “We believe Campa will resonate deeply with Nepalese consumers who seek unique and refreshing beverage options. This alliance expands our beverage portfolio and reinforces CG’s position as a key player in the region’s competitive beverage market.”
The collaboration between RCPL and Chaudhary Group reflects a broader trend of Indian brands leveraging local partnerships to fuel regional and global growth. With Campa Cola’s entry into Nepal, Reliance aims to establish a stronger foothold in South Asia’s beverage sector while offering consumers a nostalgic yet contemporary brand experience.
